Do i need lifting experience to join a session?
Not at all! We will teach you everything from the beginning.
What group sessions do you offer?
Deadlifts & Push ups
Bench Press & Hip Thrusts
Squats & Chin Ups
Core & Mobility
How long are sessions?
Sixty minutes.
What are the cancellation policiEs?
We require 24 hours notice due to limited spaces.
IF I CANCEL, CAN I GET A REFUND?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unable to attend a class and have provided 8 hours notice you may be able to reschedule onto another class of the same type.
do i have to come at the same time each Week for group sessions?
We have eight group sessions a week, so you can find a time that suits you .
How many sessions do i Need to see progress?
This will always depend on genetics, experience and lifestyle. Generally, in two weeks you can gain strength, however three weeks would be optimal.
I have a pre-EXISTING health condition, can i still train?
